His experience and education have led him to the point where he is today - building brands in a wide range of industries, from consumer goods to SaaS. George pursues big ideas, and he possesses the pragmatism to see the limitations, challenges, and obstacles at hand. He believes in the power of human ingenuity and enjoys building teams and driving innovation through collaborative effort. This team-first ethos forms the foundation upon which George built ParkHub and his latest venture, Rujo Boots, into the successful and driven organization they are today.
This ethos also drives his passion for business-building with fellow entrepreneurs through his venture capital firm, 2 the Moon Ventures. He embodies the spirit of a servant leader, consistently prioritizing the needs of others and assisting them in realizing their full potential--whether it's a successful exit or community impact.
George began his career spending over 20 years in the parking industry, first focusing on managing parking operations nationwide. He developed deep domain knowledge of the event parking space, and through ParkHub, built a comprehensive suite of services both software and hardware to support his clientele across virtually every major sports league and venue management company.
George is a true believer in process and his track record is one of seeing the future and making it happen today.
He is the founder of the Stadia Confederation, a think tank composed of sports & entertainment industry executives dedicated to driving fan experience through technology. George is also a partner in the Belclaire Companies, a full-service real estate development, investment, management, and brokerage firm.
George proudly holds five patents in innovative technology across the parking, sports, and entertainment sectors. His commitment to revolutionizing each industry he engages with is unwavering. Constantly driven by a passion to innovate, George is

He is the winner of the 2016 Greater Dallas Business Ethics Award, a 2016 and 2023 finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year, recipient of the National Parking Association 40 under 40 award 2016, Dallas Business Journal 40 under 40 award 2018, Electronic Transaction Association Forty under 40 class of 2019, and 2019 Innovator of the Year for National Parking Association.
He is an active member of YPO, a global organization of extraordinary executives and Cubmaster for Pack 71 of Boys Scouts of America. George serves on the boards of ParkHub, Rujo Boots, YPO Wild West Chapter, YPO DFW, RunMyProcess and as Chairman at Texas Discovery Gardens.
George Baker is a 2003 graduate of the University of Arizona, with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Regional Development and City Planning focusing on sustainability and environmental design.
When he’s not leading and advising entrepreneurial teams, he’s at his home in Dallas, Texas, spending time with his wife Chelsey and their two children, George II and Kuper. George is a proud Eagle Scout and Cubmaster, Past Worshipful Master of his Texas Masonic Lodge, and devoted member of the Highland Park United Methodist Church congregation.
Operating Partner and Strategic Resources Group Lead
Brian Castle joined 2 the Moon Ventures as an Operating Partner in 2025. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Brian heads our Strategic Resources Group, a shared services platform for 2 the Moon founders. He brings deep expertise in multiple areas of marketing, advertising, public relations, and communications to our firm and our portfolio companies. A founder himself, Brian launched his Parklife agency over a decade ago, specializing in thought leadership for entrepreneurs and executives. As he scaled Parklife to meet the needs of fellow founders, social innovators, and thought leaders, Parklife expanded its service offerings to include capabilities such as graphic and web design, videography, and paid media.
As an entrepreneur-in-residence at 2 the Moon, Brian is sympathetic to the challenges that founders face daily. In addition to his work at 2 the Moon and Parklife, Brian promotes the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Texas and North Carolina. He and his team teach branding, strategic communications, and thought leadership to social entrepreneurs in the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Social Innovation Accelerator. As a board member of the national alumni association at the University of North Carolina at Asheville, Brian promotes entrepreneurship through initiatives with current students and alumni.
